Mat Pilates
Group mat classes have a maximum capacity of 10 participants and run for 60 minutes. The aim is to employ Pilates principles to guide participants through a wide range of movements from the original Pilates repertoire and contemporary techniques focusing on strength, mobility, stability, balance and endurance. Utilising body weight and small Pilates equipment including magic circles, foam rollers, chi balls and weights, classes are fun and challenging.
Equipment Pilates
These classes are inclusive and cater to individuals of all fitness levels and body types, from beginners to athletes, pre and postnatal, rehabilitation and anyone seeking to adopt the Pilates approach. We have a fully equipped studio with a Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Fuse Ladder and Reformers.
Private Classes
Private classes are conducted for 60 minutes and are suitable for individuals seeking an individual coaching session with their instructor or in a small private group, potentially with a partner or a group of 3. These sessions can be highly beneficial for individuals who require more comprehensive instruction. Private classes are closed and cannot be booked online.
