Movement Yoga Pilates was born from a shared passion for mindful, purposeful movement. By bringing Yoga and Pilates together under one roof, we’ve created a space where strength, balance, and wellbeing come to life….
The Movement Experience...
Pilates with Zana is a truly individualised experience. It is completely client centred. I have bilateral knee replacements and other injuries that mean a “one size fits all” approach is never going to work for me. Every session is tailored towards helping me achieve my goals. Since I’ve been working with Zana, I have achieved things I never thought possible. It used to seem like my body always had multiple niggles and nagging injuries. With Zana's help and guidance, my body feels new again. I can do things that I thought were no longer available to me, and I feel confident that my body will do everything I ask of it without complaint.
Life is often feels like a continuous HITT session until Friday's 1 hour to slow down to listen to my body, heart and mind. Thank you Angela for your beautiful spirit and patience x.
This studio is so gorgeous, the wonderful team are so caring and welcoming, the vibe is calm, the instructors are professional (they even check with with you about your hormones and how your cycle, breastfeeding, pregnancy or menopause will impact your session... wow!!!) and for the 45 mins of mindfulness I got for the month, I felt like I could reach for the stars when I left (lol really im not lying, I was stretched outttt)
The difference that I feel in my body since starting both mat and equipment pilates with Zana has been amazing. My posture and strength have improved significantly, and Zana knows her stuff! I haven't missed a class since I started 3 months ago... just saying!!!
