Our Story

Movement Yoga Pilates was born from a shared passion for mindful, purposeful movement. By bringing Yoga and Pilates together under one roof, we’ve created a space where strength, balance, and wellbeing come to life.

At movement, our yoga is guided by the principles of Iyengar – clear alignment, thoughtful sequencing and a calm, steady approach to each posture. We take time to understand the shapes, use props to support every body and create space for strength, stability and mindful awareness.

We offer warm, personal guidance so you can move with confidence, whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. Precise yet grounding, structured yet nurturing…this is yoga that meets you exactly where you are. 

Our yoga space complements a fully equipped Pilates studio designed for exploration and growth. The studio features a Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Fuse Ladder, and Reformers — offering the tools needed for a complete movement experience.

With small classes capped at four participants, we focus on a truly personalised approach. Whether you are a beginner, an athlete, pre- or postnatal, recovering from injury, or simply curious about mindful movement, our sessions are inclusive and adaptive to every body.

Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ belief that “change happens through movement and movement heals,” our mission is to empower you to discover your potential and embrace lasting wellbeing through every breath and every movement.
