ANGELA FLORIDIS
YOGA TEACHER
Yoga has been a steady part of Angela’s life for many years, first drawn to the sense of balance it brought to both body and mind. Over time, the practice became much more — a way to pause, breathe, and reconnect amidst life’s daily demands.
Rooted in alignment-based yoga and influenced by the precision and awareness of Iyengar-inspired practice, Angela has been teaching for over 15 years and values the way yoga meets each person exactly where they are. Her classes offer clear guidance, practical use of props, and a supportive environment that encourages students to explore at their own pace.
For Angela, yoga isn’t about achieving the most advanced pose, but about cultivating steadiness, curiosity, and kindness — both on and off the mat.
